The Union Institute & University Business Office can answer your questions about specific transactions on student accounts, tuition charges, and refunds. We are responsible for maintaining account information for each student. This includes posting tuition and fees, recording payments, adjustments, book vouchers and refunds, preparing 1098Ts, authorizing financial clearance for graduation, and disbursing financial aid.
While the Business Office is responsible for disbursing financial aid, inquiries regarding your aid should be directed to the Financial Aid Office, 1-800-861-6400 x2005.

In order to properly identify callers and maintain the confidentiality of the student financial records, students must have their Union ID number ready when they call.
