Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees are due on the first day of each new term. You can also select a deferred payment option by making monthly payments. Balances not paid by the end of a current term will prevent you from registering for a new term unless payment arrangements have been made with the Business Office. Credit Cards, Charges, and Credit Balances
Union Institute & University accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and DISCOVER. There are three ways to pay by credit card.
- Students may choose to pay online (learn how to make a payment on Student Accounts)
- Students may ask the Business Office to process a credit card payment (or a series of equal payments on student-specified days with ARB (Automatic Recurring Billing) by contacting the Business Office or 1-800-861-6400 x1095 and provide your credit card information and verbal authorization
- Students may complete a credit card authorization form and scan a copy to businessoffice@myunion.edu or mail to:

Credit cards may be processed once per term for the whole amount of tuition or in monthly installments when the deferred payment option has been selected. If a credit card is rejected, the student will be contacted immediately. It is the student’s responsibility to provide accurate information.
Note: Students must notify the Business Office to change the credit card authorization when status changes, e.g., graduation, withdrawal, or the student decides to pay by check or with financial aid.
