Union hosts commencement four times per year in Vermont, focusing on Union’s B.A. and M.A. programs.
Graduation ceremonies in Montpelier and Brattleboro celebrate Bachelor of Arts students each year in December and May. Faculty, friends, and family gather at intimate ceremonies to honor the graduates’ accomplishments. Many students are first generation college graduates, with large and supportive networks.
This past July, Union faculty Dr. Nicholas Young and Dr. Christine Michael officiated, along with the Vermont Center Dean during the Brattleboro Academic Center’s ceremony for students graduating from the Master of Arts with a concentration in Counseling Psychology.
The Vermont academic center's next commencement ceremonies will be held February 17, 2013 and June 30, 2013.
