The Department of Information Technology (IT), provides a single point of contact for all your technical support needs at Union Institute & University. The Help Desk is available to all students, faculty and staff who need technical support (see our hours of operation below). The Infrastructure team support provides technical services for the university network, phone system and servers. The Development team manages Union’s Jenzabar Student Information System as well as other custom development. The Instructional Design team works with the faculty to develop online courses.
Current students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to use the HELP Desk tab on CampusWeb.
Limited Support is available after hours via phone only. The after hours support should be able to assist with most issues related to CampusWeb, faculty and student email, and Adobe Connect.
