Edward "Budj" Bushong earned his Ph.D. with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Union Institute & University. His dissertation, Corporate Transformation – An Ethical Imperative, focused on the ethical dilemmas of corporate managers long before the scandals of Enron and Wall Street. He also holds an M.A. in Organization Development and Management from Antioch University, a M.Div. from Berkeley Divinity School at Yale, and B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Bushong is a retired Episcopal priest and former campus minister who continues to serve churches. Throughout his professional ministry he worked in small churches in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia. He contributed to a national study in western Maryland by Alban Institute, which led to the publication of the book, The Shepherds of the Delectable Mountains.
Bushong performed original vocals, guitar, and five-string banjo music on programs including WBAL, Baltimore and WNBC New York and his music was recorded on the album Won't You Pass it Along?
