Andrew Harvey served in law enforcement for 25 years, the last 12 as a captain with a Southern California police agency. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Cal State Los Angeles, and an educational doctorate in the field of organizational leadership from Pepperdine University. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, the California POST Command College, the West Point Leadership Program, and is recognized in California as a master instructor.
Dr. Harvey is an experienced college educator, currently serving as an adjunct professor in the educational doctorate program at Pepperdine University, and as a faculty advisor, site director, and professor for the Union Institute and University. He has been published numerous times in national and international publications such as the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin and Police Chief Magazine.
