Jennifer Ossege obtained both her MA and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a part of her Doctoral training, she also obtained a certificate in Organizational Concepts and Management. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Kentucky, where she is in practice. Her clinical concentration in psychology has been working with children and adolescence. While she continues to enjoy this work, she also has increased her focus in working with adult clients, and enjoys the variety that a diverse range of clients provides.
In 2004, Jennifer co-founded Viewpoint Psychological Services, a group private practice in Northern Kentucky. She enjoys the balance of providing direct services to a variety of clients, as well as teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses. These experiences provide opportunities to interact with a multi-disciplinary group of professionals, as well as opportunities for mentoring those new or developing within the field of psychology. Jennifer's experience includes residential treatment, crisis stabilization, and outpatient mental health services. Jennifer lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and two children. She is active in volunteer work in the community, specifically those focused on raising funds for scholarships and charities that provide for underserved populations.
She is excited to be a part of Union Institute and University's Psy.D core faculty. Jennifer enjoys the range of educational activities, especially teaching, interacting with students, and collaborating on projects.
