Linda earned a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. In previous years, she received certificates in Leadership Education from the Kennedy School at Harvard University, in Change Management from Johns Hopkins University, in Leadership from Brandeis University, and in Organization Development from the National Training Lab in Applied Behavioral Science. She graduated from Yeshiva University/Stern College for Women with a B.A. in English and a minor in Judaic Studies and also studied for her M.Ed. at Towson University with a concentration in Reading Education.
Prior to teaching at Union, Linda taught Leadership and Change for six years at Hebrew Union College in New York City. With over 15 years experience, Linda is also an organization development consultant, conducting organizational assessments, facilitating strategic planning, and designing leadership workshops as well as board retreats.
