Paul Brugman

Paul Brugman was born in Manhattan, New York, in 1966.  He is a graduate from Nova High School in Davie, Fl.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from Nova Southeastern University and a master’s degree in conflict resolution and analysis from Nova Southeastern University.  He currently works in law enforcement, and has over 20 years experience in that field.  He joined UI&U's undergraduate program in 2003.
