Program Delivery

Each degree program offers a rich academic environment where you can interact with faculty and fellow learners and flexible class times. Combining traditional learning with learning outside the classroom, a Union education offers you the choice of online and low-residency degree options:

• Online programs allow you to enjoy the ultimate convenience of distance learning. Communicate with faculty and other learners at times you choose through phone, email, e-learning platforms, and online.
• Low-residency programs combine online and distance learning with a minimum of travel or disruption of your career to attend flexible class times at an academic center appropriate to your degree.

Transfer Credits

At Union you'll build on what you already know so you can best follow your interests and passions. That's why we accept transfer credits from a variety of sources, including other accredited academic institutions, college-level experiential learning, workshop documentation, military training, CLEP exams, and more.

Union has one of the most flexible transfer credit policies in higher education, designed to provide a wide range of opportunities for our learners to accelerate their progress toward degree attainment.

And at Union, there's no statute of limitations on transfer credits. Whether you earned college credit two weeks ago or more than 20 years ago, we recognize the value of your past learning.
