The Business Office posts all receipts daily; therefore student accounts are current as of the previous day's activity. Financial Aid is added to the accounts when the award is received from the Financial Aid Office, or when a disbursement of Stafford loans from banks or guarantee agencies is received.

Past Due Accounts
A financial hold is placed on a student’s account when a past due balance is owed to the university. This hold stops a student from registering for the next term or receiving a transcript. The best defense against a financial hold is communication. Access your student account often, talk to your financial aid counselor and meet with your program director and advisor. These simple steps will help you take financial responsibility for your education.
