Enrollment Counselor - Cincinnati, Ohio
Union Institute & University, a national university for adult learners offering programs of study leading to bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees, is seeking to employ an Enrollment Counselor at its Cincinnati Center. The Enrollment Counselor is responsible for assisting in developing enrollment partnerships with businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies, conducting recruitment activities, and assisting in developing content for information sessions, tours, publications and web content.  This position is also responsible for entering requisitions, maintaining marketing binder and attending weekly marketing team meetings.

The Enrollment Counselor must have a Bachelor’s degree.  Excellent people and communication skills are essential.  Must have experience managing projects and work well in team environments.  Some evening and weekend work expected.  Must possess a driver’s license.

Assessment Specialist - Cincinnati, Ohio
Union Institute & University, a national university for adult learners offering programs of study leading to bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees, is seeking an assessment specialist who will provide ongoing support for assessment activities that include academic learning outcomes and administrative planning goals.

The assessment specialist will assist with development and implementation of assessment initiatives; prepare resource and training material; aggregate, analyze and interpret results of program-based assessment; update assessment web site; assist with strategic planning initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess skills in qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting as well as general knowledge of theory, principles, and practices of academic outcomes assessment. The candidate will be able to communicate clearly to a variety of constituents in both oral and written communication and be able to work collaboratively and independently.

This position requires a master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in an appropriate discipline/ field and experience working with academic assessment in higher education.

Enrollment Counselor - Montpelier, Vermont
Union Institute & University, a national university for adult learners offering programs of study leading to bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees, is seeking an enrollment counselor. The enrollment counselor is responsible for counseling prospective learners and applicants and conducting recruitment activities in support of University enrollment growth.

A successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to set priorities and achieve goals.  A bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation are required.  Priority will be given to candidates who have previous admissions experience.  The ability to work flexible hours, as well as some evening/weekend work and recruitment travel will be required.

This is a full-time, 12 month position.
