UI&U utilizes the Citrix HiDef Corporate teleconferencing system for conference calls. Conference lines are provided by Information Technology to Deans and Directors who may approve them for other faculty or staff.  To request a conference line, please have your Dean or Director e-mail the Help Desk (help@myunion.edu).  The e-mail should include the department that will be charged for the calls and the contact person for that line.

An online Web application has been created for departments to manage their conference lines. The site may be visited at http://audio.myunion.edu.  To log in, use your Union Network Username and Password.

The main dial-in number for all conferences lines is the same: 866-951-1151 or 201-590-2255 (for International callers).

Each conference line will be assigned a different "room" number, or Conference ID. Only the moderators of the conference lines will receive the Moderator Passcode.

When new accounts are created, an e-mail is sent to the moderator from the address "HiDefAccountActivation".
