From on campus, dial 275.
From off campus, dial your office number, then press * when you hear the greeting begin.

Can I sync my network files to my laptop so I can work with them at home?
Yes, you can set up File Synchronization (Offline Files).
Open My Documents, then Tools, Folder Options, Offline Files. Click Enable Offline Files. You can see the Synchronize options once you check the box. Check both the “when logging on” and “when logging off” options.
This way when you take your laptop home, you should be able to click My Documents and see and work with all your files. If you have a lot, the first sync may take a bit of time. To test this, after you set it up, disconnect the laptop in your office and then turn it on before you go home to make sure your files are there.
Can I schedule an e-mail to send later?
Yes, after you have written your message, click Options, then Delivery Options, then select the Do not deliver before check box, and then click the delivery date and time you want.
