Current learners, former learners, and graduates of UI&U programs may request in writing that their official academic transcript be mailed. The learner’s signature is required before his/her transcript can be released. Learners must complete and submit the transcript request form or submit a written request for a transcript with the learner’s signature, contact name, and complete address of the person, agency, or institution to who the transcript is to be mailed. The official transcript request form can be mailed or faxed to the Registrar's Office. The signed form may also be scanned and sent as an email attachment.
- There is a $10.00 transcript fee that is to accompany the request for each transcript.
- All financial obligations to Union Institute & University must be paid if full before a transcript can be released.
- Please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 business days to process transcript requests upon receipt in the registrar’s office.
- Upon graduation, two final official transcripts, with the degree noted, are prepared for each new UI&U graduate. The two complimentary transcripts are both stamped “Learner Copy”, but one is sent in a sealed envelope.
- Learners have 24/7 access to their unofficial transcript and grades via CampusWeb access.
