Kristen Bailey began working at Union Institute & University in 2009 as Marketing Director and was shortly promoted to her current role as Director of Admissions for the Los Angeles Academic Center. Kristen enjoys working in the academic arena and helping students achieve their professional goals through higher education.

Kristen comes to Union from a marketing and public relations background where she managed communications programs at large Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller start-up companies. Kristen also has a background in commercial real estate representing landlords and tenants throughout Los Angeles regarding their office leasing needs. Kristen holds a B.A. Degree from George Mason University and an M.B.A. Degree from Pepperdine University.
