Past Due Accounts

A financial hold is placed on a student’s account when a past due balance is owed to the university. This hold stops a student from registering for the next term or receiving a transcript. The best defense against a financial hold is communication. Access your student account often, talk to your financial aid counselor and meet with your program director and advisor. These simple steps will help you take financial responsibility for your education. Questions regarding financial holds, past due accounts, and payment plan options should be directed to our Collections Manager by calling 1-800-861-6400 ext. 1291 or email pastdueaccounts@myunion.edu.
