The Department of Information Technology (IT), provides a single point of contact for all your technical support needs at Union Institute & University. The Help Desk is available to all students, faculty and staff who need technical support (see our hours of operation below). The Infrastructure team support provides technical services for the university network, phone system and servers.

Help Desk

Phone support for students and faculty are available via a contracted Help Desk vendor in order to provide 24/7 support. Email support, and support for staff are available the hours listed below by university Help Desk staff. Please call the number below and select the appropriate choice from the menu (1 for students, 2 for faculty, 3 for staff, and 4 for alumni and prospective students).


Students & Faculty, 24 hours a day, seven days a week via phone. Staff from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday-Friday.


Current students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to use the HELP Desk tab on CampusWeb.


Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST (limited support is available after hours via phone only).
